Our Hotel is a Palace from 1700 and we don't have elevator.
There is a kettle for tea and coffee in all rooms of the hotel.
Desde la estación de trenes de Venecia Santa Lucia, se recomienda tomar el vaporetto público n.º 1 o 5.1 hasta la parada de San Zaccaria. Luego 3 minutos a pie hasta el hotel.
Hello :) we serve breakfast from 08:00 to 10:00 every morning.
From the railway station , guest can either take the public water bus no.1 or 5,1 to SAN ZACCARIA station or a private taxi to the nearest drop off point to the hotel . Its about 3 to 5 mins walk to the hotel .
Infact , we do not have elevator . What we have is a lifting machine for the luggages up to the 1st floor only .
We have those rooms in the 1st and 2nd floor .

From the railway station you can reach the hotel on foot in 30/40 minutes or by vaporetto boat line 1 or 2 or 5.1 to San Zaccaria. Our hotel is located 4 minutes walking from St. Mark square.
We do not have an elevator but we have a lifting machine and staff to help you .
We are about 32 mins using public transport 5,1 to San Zaccaria , the nearest boat stop to the hotel .
